Donna Anita Nikolaisen is an Irish actor and voice over artist. She appears as Paige Monaghan in Christmas at Castle Hart; Grace Ture in Sweetness in the Belly; Lucy in Conversations with Friends; Frances Frond in Nova Jones and Lucy in The South Westerlies; She is best known for her role as Ama Chisenga in Fair City from 2013 to 2017. After leaving the show in 2018 Donna won Best Supporting Actor at the Dublin Underground Cinema Festival for her role in award winning short QED. Donna is an established voice over artist voicing roles for animation, audiobooks, radio plays (RTE) and narrating documentaries The Story of Water for Virgin Media and Ireland’s Refugee Hotel for BBC/RTE. As a recording artist she has released EPs of her own music In Bealtaine and Samhain Song.
